For the Mahi Mahi – Rub the Mahi Mahi with ½ Tbsp. Carità Olive Oil, then rub with Spice Bouquet Asian Dry Rub. Pan sear on medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Then place in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 4-5 minutes.
For the Coconut Rice – Bring coconut milk, rice, and Spice Bouquet All Spice to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. (or package directions)
For the Mango Papaya Relish – In a bowl, combine the mango, papaya, red onion, basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, granulated garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the flavors to infuse.
