Tilapia Fish
Spice Bouquet Greek Dry Rub
Carità Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients for Salsa:
Spice Bouquet Oregano
Spice Bouquet Minced Garlic
Fresh Chopped Spring Onions
Fresh chopped celery
Green Olives
Calamata Olives
Chopped tomatoes
Lemon oil
Carità Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method of Preparation:
Grill fish lightly on stove until opaque. Put olive oil and the Greek Dry Rub in a pan. Lay the fish on top of the oil and Greek seasoning. Bake in oven for about 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Method of Preparation for Salsa:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place the Mediterranean Salsa on top of the fish before serving.
Yield: 4 or more servings, depending on amount of vegetables used.
