Baked Tilapia with Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients:
Tilapia FishSpice Bouquet Greek Dry RubCarità Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients for Salsa:
Spice Bouquet OreganoSpice Bouquet Minced GarlicFresh Chopped Spring OnionsFresh chopped celeryGreen OlivesCalamata OlivesChopped tomatoesLemon oilCarità Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method of Preparation:

Grill fish lightly on stove until opaque. Put olive oil and the Greek Dry Rub in a pan. Lay the fish on top of the oil and Greek seasoning. Bake in oven for about 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Method of Preparation for Salsa:

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Place the Mediterranean Salsa on top of the fish before serving.


Yield: 4 or more servings, depending on amount of vegetables used.
