Bananas Flambè

Ingredients:
½ tsp. Spice Bouquet Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Spice Bouquet Rum Extract½ tsp. Spice Bouquet Cinnamon Ground½ cup Butter½ cup Brown Sugar4 Bananas, slicedIce Cream to serve
Method of Preparation:

Heat butter in skillet. Add sugar and stir until sugar is melted. Stir in Spice Bouquet Pure Vanilla Extract, Rum Extract, and Cinnamon. Add bananas to skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Place 1-2 scoops of ice cream in serving dish and spoon banana slices and sauce over. Serve immediately.
