The Spice Bouquet Cooking Club provides an on - going series of cooking classes at the Spice Bouquet test kitchen in our plant on Hwy 70, just east of Lenoir Community College and the Neuse Sport Shop (see our map on the contact page for directions).
You can join the Spice Bouquet Cooking Club for an annual fee of $15.00. Your membership fee entitles you to one (1) free cooking class and free periodic recipe and informational mailings. Additional cooking classes will cost $15.00 per person.
Come watch as we prepare these meals and explain what we are doing
( questions welcome) and sample the dishes that are prepared using our selection of over 100 different
spices, oils and blends. We offer healthy dishes that taste great!
Each class is conducted in our own test kitchen (picture to the right), which includes an overhead mirror so you can see exactly what's going on!
Classes are usually held from 11am - 1pm in our Kinston, NC facility.
However, evening classes can be scheduled for private groups.
You can join the Spice Bouquet Cooking Club and schedule a class by calling us at (252-527-7000). The list of currently scheduled cooking classes is below. These classes are fun and informational.
We also welcome family, church, school, business and civic groups with a minimum of 20 people per group required and a maximum of 40 for private classes.
