Rigatoni Pasta and Chicken in Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
4-5 Oz. Boneless chicken breasts4 Cups rigatoni pasta, cooked per package directions (or you can use another pasta of your choice)1 Medium sized tomato, diced2 Tbsp. Spice Bouquet Minced Garlic6 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan cheese1 ½ Cups heavy cream4 Tbsp. Spice Bouquet Soul Seasoning*4 Tbsp. Caritá Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Spice Bouquet2 Tbsp. Spice Bouquet Parsley Flakes
Method of Preparation:

Wash chicken breasts and pat dry with towel. Sprinkle the Spice Bouquet Soul Seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts. In a hot sauté pan, use 2 Tbsp. of the Olive Oil and sear the chicken breasts for 2 minutes on each side and then place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes (this is done to keep the chicken from drying out). When the chicken is done, dice into ½ inch cubes. Using the same sauté pan, heat the remainder of the Olive Oil, sauté your minced garlic and add the cubed chicken. Sprinkling the remainder of the Soul Seasoning, add the cooked pasta and slowly add the heavy cream. Bring to a low simmer. Stirring constantly, add the parmesan cheese. Let reduce. When done, the sauce should just coat the back of a spoon. Add the diced tomatoes and parsley and serve.
