Wash, trim, and cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces. Bring a sauté pan with a cover to medium high temperature on the stove. Add the Caritá Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the hot pan. Place the cut vegetables into the sauté pan and sprinkle the Spice Bouquet Salad Seasoning on them. Toss the vegetables so that the seasoning evenly coats all the vegetables. Use a pair of metal tongs for tossing. They work great.
After tossing the vegetables a couple of times and have them well mixed and evenly seasoned, put the cover on the pan and let them steam for 3-4 minutes. Check the status of the vegetables frequently. They should be removed from the heat while they are still a bit crispy. They will continue to cook a bit off the heat and they are best when they are eaten still a bit crunchy.
